Bryan Regan began his career as an electrician at Deer Island Treatment Plant and was promoted to a staff engineering position. During his tenure he was part of the MWRA start-up team for the Boston Harbor Project, a 3.8 billion dollar project. He was recruited to North East Optical Networking (NEON Communications) where he managed the entire northern region of network facilities. Eventually he would leave NEON with his colleague Paul Santangelo to start Facilico Electrical Contracting. He is a master electrician in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administrations from Emmanuel College in Boston. He holds an Advanced Safety Certificate (ASC) from the National Safety Council. He has been awarded for his work with the National Fire Protection Association. He serves on the board of the Americal Civic Center.
Paul Santangelo began his career as a master electrician working in the construction sector. He joined a leader in the controls industry in the early stages and was instrumental in many successful projects. He has over twenty years project managing complex building automation systems. He was recruited to North East Optical Networking (NEON Communications) where he managed the building automation systems for fifty - two sites from Maine to the Mid-Atlantic area. He would leave with Bryan Regan to begin Facilico Electrical Contracting. He is a master electrician and holds a construction supervisors license for the state of Massachusetts. He sits on many volunteer boards including Parkway Little League and the Corrib Charitable Trust.
