Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Proficient in wiring industrial, commercial, and retail spaces

• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem solving

• Must be able to work with all types of wiring methods

• Strong attention to detail when completing service calls

• Ability to navigate tablet-based software

• Work efficiently as an individual or as part of a team

• Able to work different hours as necessary usually within a 6-2 or 8-4 window

• Occasional on call, emergency or off hours work

• Must be a team player and willing to help in all aspects of the organization to ensure success

Position requirements:

• Massachusetts Journeyman License

• Current driver’s license

• Fluency in English both written and verbal

• Able to pass drug screening and background check
