In the heart of Cambridge’s bustling high-tech and bio-med mecca is one of the city’s most desired living spaces. When Gables Residential Communities were ready to refresh and update their Watermark Kendall Apartment’s Roof Top Terrace, Nauset Construction Corporation selected Facilico to work closely on this beautiful Design-Build project.

This project transformed a large squash court into a brand new multi-activity outdoor living space. This finished space offers two gas grills in an impressive island perfect for entertaining, multiple outdoor cabanas, a large lawn with mobile media screen for outdoor movie viewing parties, festoon string lights that cover a large community table, two outdoor fire tables, an outdoor TV with couches, and multiple raised garden beds, lush landscaped trees and flowers. This truly is an outdoor paradise in the middle of the city.
